With over 10 years of professional Interior Design experience, Kelli is an established and prominent figure in the industry. After earning her undergraduate degree in Design at Eastern Washington University, Kelli lead sales for Restoration Hardware before founding her own firm, Walton Interiors, in 2020. Combined with this wealth of experience, Kelli’s idea for In Design Marketplace was borne out of an innate ability to identify pain points, opportunities, and solutions. As an expert in Interior Design and business-minded innovator, Kelli is the leader IDM needs to revolutionize the Interior Design industry.
Allison Leonard brings extensive technical expertise as IDM's Chief Technology Officer. A graduate of Columbia University, Allison has spent the last 5 years developing innovative software solutions for leading tech companies. Her experience includes building scalable web applications and implementing complex data synchronization features. Allison drives the technical vision and development of the IDM platform.
Jessica Schott joins IDM after an impressive tenure at Amazon Studios, as a Development Executive. Jessica's expertise in scaling operations and optimizing marketplace dynamics makes her invaluable to IDM's buisiness strategy. Her experience in building and managing large-scale operations, combined with her deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, positions her perfectly to drive IDM's operational excellence. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
